Our team has been together for a combined 45 years. Previously, we worked for and managed and different company doing the same work as we do now. Together we were part of a financially successful company that did outstanding work. The culture there was high stress, vertical management, and financially driven. There had to be a different way. A way to have a great time doing what you do so well. A way to make long-term, quality relationships with clients. There needed to be a way to do great work, have great relationships, and make everyone win together. We needed to make a company where everyone feels RAD and everyone wins.
